As a Postpartum Doula, I support families performing various tasks, because parents need support beyond the baby care.

• Newborn Care Education: I will show you and guide you through all the care your newborn needs such as, diaper, bath, dress, swaddle, nails cut, and beyond.
• Breastfeeding Assistance
• Breastfeed and bottle-feed support: bringing your baby to you to nurse or bottle-feed.
• Sleep conditioning and safe sleep following the AAP
• Wash/sterilize bottles and pump equipment
• Laundry, light housekeeping, and organizing
• Support with healthy snacks preparation
• Family support: provide emotional and physical support for recovery after birth, listen and help with your concerns, questions, and guidance in your new parenthood
journey.
Although we have to keep in mind that household tasks will be performed when the baby's and time permits.

Live-in support
In our Live-in support, I provide round-the-clock support, living with the family for the desired length of time from baby birth to 12 weeks, all the support listed above in Daytime, Overnight support and beyond is provided.
Live-in support is specially developed for families with a busy routine and first-time parents who need extra support from an experienced professional, with extensive knowledge in the care, development, and techniques of newborns.
For live-in support, the family must provide a separate bedroom and bathroom for the exclusive use of the Doula during the break time.
Sibling Doula Support
Are you going to give birth and don’t have support for your older children? We are qualified to help with that as well!

Sibling doulas are professional birth or postpartum doulas who are also qualified to support older siblings in their process of becoming big siblings. Sibling doulas will support the older child while you are in labor, postpartum, or both.

As a Sibling Doula, I will provide emotional and physical support for the older brother or sister during both daytime and overnight. All their needs will be taken care of including meals and bath/bedtime routine, along with household tasks such as laundry and organizing, to ensure that when you arrive home with your newborn you'll find a calm and cozy environment, allowing you to enjoy your family and have a good rest.
